Welcome to CYBERSEC!
Organized by iThome, CYBERSEC, the largest annual cybersecurity event in Taiwan since 2015, serves as an important platform for international exchange. In 2019, President Tsai Ing-wen attended and spoke at the event, encouraging industry partners to join together in facing cybersecurity challenges around the world.CYBERSEC 2019 attracted the participation of more than 8,000 people from across 25 countries, including more than 200 cybersecurity companies and communities. A total of 225 cybersecurity experts gathered to explore the various aspects of cybersecurity in sessions. Furthermore, world–famous security guru, Mr. Bruce Schneier, served as the keynote speaker for the grand event.
In 2020, we will continue to stand up to global challenges posed by cybersecurity issues with more than 100 speeches.
We are now putting out a call for speakers to provide keynote speeches and host breakout sessions. Cybersecurity experts from all over the world are welcome to join us in building a better and safer future together.
Eligibility for Submission
We are seeking content with high levels of expert knowledge. If you are able to share the latest in cybersecurity research, best practices, models of security analyses, cyberattack techniques, security vulnerabilities, cybersecurity management techniques, and/or any other interesting practical experience, you are eligible for submission.Date & Duration

Background of the Audience
CYBERSEC attendees consist of cybersecurity related staff members, IT personnel and directors, and R&D engineers from industry, government, and academia.Event Venue

Deadline for submission of application is November 10.We will send out a notice regarding speakers in December.
Regulation
- The event attaches great importance to the quality and satisfaction achieved for each session. If you served as a speaker, we will send you an analysis of questionnaire results, so that you may review feedback from your audience.
- Originality is a high priority. Audiences would like to know more about your personal experiences, practices, and opinions.
- Connect with the audience so that they may sense your passion and motivation naturally.
- Please elaborate on the content of your submission in the form.
- Make sure audiences recognize the need and value of your speech.
- The event may use your photos, profiles and session introduction in promotional activities.
- If your submission was approved, the speaker room will be made available for you. Breakfast, lunch, and water will be provided to you there.
- The event organizers will ask for your permission to make your video and slides public.
- The event organizers reserve the right to adjust the agenda and time slots at any time.
- You must have all legal rights for the content of your speech.
- The content of your speech must not infringe on the intellectual property and privacy rights of others.
- Please be sure to complete your submission on time. Submissions after the deadline will not be accepted.
- For foreign speakers, each approved submission will come with travel expense reimbursements up to USD. 1,000 per slot (tax included). Domestic speakers will be entitled to receive NTD. 6,000 per slot (tax included) for each approved submission.
- Please provide your slides at least one week before the event. Marketing or advertisements of your organization or other financial interests will not be allowed during your speech. If you would like to be a speaker in a sponsored session, please let us know, and we will contact you right away.
